4. Premium Services

4.1 Subscription Plans

Pro ($9.99/month): Unlimited personas, NSFW access, advanced features
Lifetime ($99.99): All Pro features permanently, early access to new features

4.2 Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
No refunds for partial months of service
Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice
Lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable after 7 days

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Legal requirements or safety concerns

YumiV2 operates as a Discord bot and is subject to:

Discord's Developer Terms of Service
Discord's Privacy Policy
Changes to Discord's platform and policies

11. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 should have parental consent. Some premium features may have additional age restrictions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Oslo or Bergen, Norway.

13. Changes to Terms
